Responsibilities

Process product orders placed on the company website.
Read and reply to emails from related departments in order to process online orders.
Identify, pull and prep ordered products—remove hangers, check each item for quality and cleanliness, remove security devices, place protected labels on products that need them and remove sales labels as needed.
Order missing products and check, pack and ship orders via our computer system.
Receive and validate products sent by other stores to complete orders.
Prepare the supply order each week.
Keep your work area clean and tidy.
Respect and follow the policies and procedures of the various head office departments.
Perform other duties where needed to support your team.
