Marketing Engineer (Front End)

Euna SolutionsOakville, ON
$80,000 - $100,000Hybrid

About The Position

Euna Solutions is seeking a Web Marketing Manager to lead and enhance its digital web presence. This role is a hands-on individual contributor position within the Marketing department, focused on creating high-performing web experiences for the company's product portfolio. The manager will oversee daily web operations and spearhead a significant transition from the current WordPress environment to an AI-first development stack utilizing Next.js, potentially with a new headless CMS. Responsibilities include leading this transition, participating in CMS selection, contributing to architecture, and defining future web development strategies for the marketing team. The role also involves building and optimizing landing pages for various campaigns, and collaborating on hosting infrastructure, CDN configuration, and performance optimization. This position is ideal for a front-end developer who enjoys building and integrates AI tooling into their workflow.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a web marketing, web development, or digital marketing role with significant hands-on web production responsibility
  • Proficiency with Next.js or React, or a demonstrated ability to ramp quickly on a modern JavaScript framework, package managers (npm/yarn), and version control (Git)
  • Proficiency with WordPress and at least one visual editor (e.g. X/Cornerstone, Elementor, or similar)
  • Experience evaluating or implementing headless CMS platforms (e.g. Contentful, Sanity, Storyblok, Prismic, or similar)
  • Fluency with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript—comfortable reading, writing, and debugging code
  • Active, practical experience using AI development tools as a core part of your production workflow
  • Hands-on experience with web hosting environments, DNS, CDN platforms and server-side configuration
  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and technical SEO implementation
  • Experience with web analytics platforms including GA4 and Google Search Console
  • Excellent project management and communication skills; able to manage multiple workstreams with stakeholders across a marketing organization

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with WordPress at a technical level (theme development, custom plugins, page builders)—helpful for transition context
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Pardot, or other marketing automation platforms and CRM form integration patterns
  • Background in B2B SaaS or public sector software marketing
  • Experience with consent management platforms (e.g. Complianz, OneTrust) and privacy compliance implementation

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day web operations across eunasolutions.com and related properties, including page publishing, content updates, redirects, and QA
  • Build and maintain high-quality landing pages for campaigns, product launches, events, and conversion-focused initiatives
  • Contribute to the migration from WordPress to a Next.js-based, headless CMS environment—from CMS evaluation through implementation
  • Collaborate on hosting infrastructure, DNS, CDN configuration (Cloudflare), caching strategy, and performance optimization
  • Maintain web performance standards including Core Web Vitals, page speed, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility compliance
  • Support technical SEO implementation including structured data, metadata management, canonical tags, robots directives, and internal linking
  • Use AI coding tools (e.g. Claude Code) as a core part of your development workflow—not as a supplement to it
  • Prototype and ship interactive tools, calculators, and dynamic content experiences with AI assistance
  • Help establish AI development workflows and standards for the marketing web team
  • Stay current on the AI tooling landscape and advocate for adoption of tools that meaningfully improve output quality or team velocity
  • Build and optimize campaign-specific landing pages across product lines.
  • Be responsible for the performance of Euna’s web properties, including in-market traffic and conversion rates, etc.
  • Support A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives using analytics and experimentation platforms
  • Coordinate with Product Marketing and Content to ensure web properties accurately reflect current messaging and positioning
  • Assist with web components of integrated campaigns including event pages, gated content, and form-driven conversion flows
  • Monitor and report on web performance metrics including traffic, engagement, conversions, and technical health
  • Use GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and other tools to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities
  • Maintain an active, prioritized backlog of web improvements grounded in business impact
  • Audit and maintain consent management, cookie compliance, and privacy-related web configurations
