You will rebuild and migrate the email communication engine connecting our platform to global airline and cruise partners, taking outright ownership of how our brand experiences look and render. You will spend most of your time migrating our in-house emails and customer journeys to a new third-party platform by rebuilding key templates using HTML/CSS, Liquid, and WYSIWYG editors. You are responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and validating every message to ensure accurate responsive rendering, precise data-driven personalization, and flawless tracking. Six months ago, campaign setup and tracking were handled manually; now, a connected set of tools manages these workflows, and you naturally use AI tools to spot delivery patterns and optimize tracking quality.
