$151,000 - $177,000Remote

About The Position

We are looking for a Web Growth Engineer to help us unfreeze our primary commercial engine and transform our digital presence into a high-velocity conversion pipeline. The Web Growth Engineer will play a critical role in our success. Reporting to the Director of Content Marketing, you will own the full-time technical management, administration, and continuous layout engineering of our core WordPress architecture and be crucial in driving data-backed conversion rate optimization (CRO) and user-experience (UX) performance, helping us ensure that our digital storefront eliminates brand dissonance and establishes undisputed category dominance. You’ll be responsible for building high-conversion page structures, optimizing layout engineering, and shifting our web properties from a static state to a proactive digital engine. You’ve hustled, you’ve created, you’ve implemented, and you love the intensity of a startup in high-growth mode.

Requirements

  • Strong skills working with the WordPress core platform, front-end HTML/CSS/JavaScript layout engineering, front-end A/B testing frameworks, and web analytics toolsets.
  • 4+ years of technical web development and digital optimization experience, healthcare or technology company preferred.
  • Experience in user-experience (UX) engineering, managing complex digital asset migrations, and deploying integrated multi-channel campaign architectures.
  • Track record in driving documented conversion rate lifts, resolving pipeline funnel stagnation, and accelerating mid-funnel pipeline velocity.
  • Ability to ruthlessly prioritize code execution under tight product deadlines, directly manage cross-functional partner inputs, and deliver insight-driven strategic executions.
  • Entrepreneurial and resourceful — As a member of a high-growth startup, we need people who can find creative ways to make a big impact quickly and without much direction.
  • Experience handling deadlines, keeping many balls in the air, and prioritizing work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for collaborating cross-functionally with sales, operations, client success, data, and product teams to ideate, complete projects, and drive impactful results.

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire public-facing web architecture, including code base stability, technical performance optimization, responsive layouts, and data tracking layers.
  • Help build and scale modern, conversion-focused page structures that operationalize our Corporate Messaging Framework across 100% of our public assets.
  • Regularly collaborate with Product Marketing, Content, B2C, and Marketing Operations to rapidly publish mid-funnel validation assets (webinars, case studies, proof campaigns) that break buyer indecision.
  • Directly optimize website conversion paths to capture an absolute baseline conversion lift
