Requirements

• Degree in Communication, Journalism, Digital media, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in web content writing, editing, or digital communication, preferably in an institutional or policy-driven environment.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
• Solid understanding of web editorial standards, content governance, and accessibility principles.
• Practical knowledge of SEO fundamentals and web-writing best practices.
• Experience working with content management systems (CMS).
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and publish high-quality web articles and institutional pages, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with communication objectives.
• Translate complex policy and technical content into clear, structured, and user-friendly formats suitable for online audiences.
• Ensure strong readability, coherence, and consistency across web content, in line with established editorial guidelines and tone of voice.
• Review, update, and maintain existing web pages to ensure content remains current, relevant, and accurate.
• Apply SEO principles and web-writing best practices to optimise content visibility, accessibility, and user engagement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure content reflects organisational priorities and meets user needs.
