About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Web/E-Comm Sales & Service Representative to join our growing team at our BC Fasteners Kelowna location. Reporting to the E-Commerce Manager, the Web/E-Comm Sales & Service Representative is responsible for assisting customers via phone, email, live chat, and other online support platforms. They help resolve customer inquiries, provide product information, process requests, and ensure customers receive prompt and professional service. The position works closely with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and other online communication channels.
  • Assist with ecommerce-related customer inquiries (orders, product info, website issues).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure a seamless order fulfillment process.
  • Stay up to date on company products, promotions, and policies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and internal processes.
  • Assist with maintaining product information on company websites and online marketplaces.
  • Participate in marketing, promotional, and e-commerce projects as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of the company's online sales and marketing efforts.
