About The Position

The Web Director will be responsible for overseeing the company's online presence and digital strategy. This role involves managing the website, e-commerce platform, and other digital channels to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support sales objectives. The Web Director will work closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure a cohesive and effective digital experience.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Web Director, Digital Marketing Manager, or similar role.
Strong understanding of web design, UX/UI principles, and e-commerce platforms.
Proficiency in digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Master's degree in a relevant field.
