About The Position
Supermicro is seeking a passionate Web Developer to create, customize, and maintain the website's design and user interface. This role involves editing and controlling website content and staying updated with emerging technologies and trends.
Requirements
- B.S./M.S. degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience with front-end web technologies, including HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js or jQuery.
- 3+ years of experience integrating RESTful APIs and building multi-page web applications.
- Experience with PHP frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony, relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MS SQL, and web servers including Apache, Nginx, or IIS.
- Strong knowledge of software development and implementation best practices, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to complex environments.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with mobile development and SEO
- Knowledge of ASP.NET and server technologies, including ColdFusion
Responsibilities
- Design and improve the functionality of web applications while maintaining existing websites.
- Write high-quality, object-oriented code.
- Collaborate closely with team members to make effective trade-offs and deliver features that meet or exceed requirements.
- Identify and resolve bugs, performance issues, and display issues.
