About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Web Developer to join our growing team. The Web Developer will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying our company website, from layout to function and according to our specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of front-end web development and be able to create user-friendly, visually appealing websites that meet our business needs.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field
2+ years of experience in web development
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end languages
Experience with content management systems, such as WordPress or Drupal
Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices
Strong understanding of website architecture and user experience design
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent communication and time-management skills

Responsibilities

Design, code, and modify our company website, ensuring it is user-friendly and visually appealing
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement new features and functionality
Troubleshoot website issues and provide timely resolutions
Optimize website performance and ensure compatibility across different browsers and devices
Stay up-to-date with emerging web development trends and technologies
Conduct regular website maintenance and updates
Monitor website traffic and analyze user engagement to make data-driven improvements
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure website alignment with company goals and objectives
