About The Position

Swingtech Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Web Developer / UI/UX Specialist to support the enhancement, maintenance, usability, and accessibility of web-based training platforms and learning management systems for federal training programs. The role combines web development, user interface support, user experience improvements, accessibility, and platform enhancements. It focuses on practical improvements to user-facing functionality and the learner and administrator experience, rather than pure graphic design or senior architecture work. The position supports QSEP operations, maintenance, enhancement, user support, accessibility, and development of an easy-to-use integrated training website. The role is remote for candidates local to DC, Maryland, or Virginia, with occasional travel to Baltimore, MD and Greenbelt, MD. The specialist collaborates with instructional design, QA, accessibility, technical, and program teams to improve system functionality, usability, and operational efficiency.
