You’ll help make sure the solution developed by the team considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements. Requirements

2+ years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining production web applications
Experience building frontend applications with React and TypeScript
Experience developing backend services and REST APIs with Node.js and TypeScript
Experience building data-backed applications with relational databases such as PostgreSQL
Experience deploying or supporting applications in a cloud environment
Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of software engineering experience in lieu of a degree

Nice To Haves

Experience with NestJS, Vite, Tailwind CSS, or shadcn UI
Experience containerizing and deploying applications with Docker, Azure Web Apps, and container registries
Experience building CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions
Experience integrating applications with Databricks, Databricks Apps, Lakebase, or data lake platforms
Experience designing REST APIs with consistent routes, error handling, and OpenAPI documentation
Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Codex, or GitHub Copilot
Experience with automated unit, integration, end-to-end, or accessibility testing
Experience with Python and FastAPI for data-oriented services and integrations
