About The Position

Our Web Designers create engaging, sales-focused digital experiences for Colony Brands e-commerce websites, email, mobile, social media, and other digital channels. You will ensure creative work, content, HTML, and digital assets meet brand, quality, usability, accessibility, and technical standards while supporting customer engagement and sales goals. Collaboration is key! You will partner with web, creative, marketing, merchandising, copy, photography, and development teams to translate business needs and brand direction into effective digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Turning marketing messages and brand direction into responsive, customer-focused designs for websites, landing pages, category pages, email, mobile, social media, and multimedia channels.
• Managing assigned projects from initial direction through launch, coordinating requirements, priorities, deadlines, status updates, and deliverables.
• Reviewing design, content, HTML, links, and responsive behavior to ensure accuracy, quality, accessibility, and adherence to brand and technical standards.
• Recommending design and content improvements based on A/B testing, performance data, customer feedback, usability research, and e-commerce best practices.
• Using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Adobe Creative Suite, and related tools to build, update, and troubleshoot digital experiences across desktop, mobile, and email.
