About The Position

This role is responsible for organizing, entering, and verifying all online web-based orders received into the company database. The primary duties include accurately processing, printing, and delivering incoming web-based orders from various platforms such as Shopify, QVC, Walmart.com, and Faire to the shipping department. Additionally, the position involves resolving customer service issues related to web orders and processing returns and associated refunds.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Accurately process, print, and deliver all incoming web-based orders received from Shopify websites, QVC, Walmart.com, Faire etc. to the shipping department.
• Resolve customer service issues related to web orders.
• Process web returned merchandise and associated customer refunds.
• Follow company policies and procedures and support company mission, vision and standards of ethics.
• Ensure daily attendance to complete all duties in a timely fashion.
