About The Position

We are looking for a Web Content Specialist to assist the Ken Garff Automotive group maintain and optimize our dealership websites and web-based marketing strategy. This role will be responsible for creating an exceptional user experience for our customers as they search for a new vehicle on our digital showrooms. You will work closely with regional marketing teams to coordinate marketing objectives and web projects. You're in for a great ride (excuse the car metaphor) We're not your standard dealership or group of dealerships and we're pretty darn proud of that. We're out to do things differently. Requirements

  • 1-2+ years in web content management
  • Google Analytics experience
  • Google Tag Manager experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.

Nice To Haves

  • HTML and CSS experience (preferred)
  • Automotive marketing experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Maintain dealership websites with accurate inventory, pricing, specials and content
  • Work closely with website platforms Dealer Inspire, and Dealer.com
  • Work closely with inventory providers to ensure accurate inventory and pricing models
  • Work closely with Regional Marketing Managers to update monthly offers and content
  • Create custom landing pages
  • QC websites for UI/UX optimization
  • Manage support requests
  • Communicate changes and timelines for web support help
  • Identify opportunities for site improved performance
  • Update Google Tag Manager and publish new tags
  • Manage Google Analytics account and ensure data is reporting accurately
  • Analyze heatmaps for customer engagement opportunities
