About The Position

Freddie Mac's mission is to make home possible for families across the country. This role supports the Single-Family Seller/Servicer Guide, involving HTML coding, CMS maintenance, and testing new development releases. The team evaluates and implements innovative processes and technology to modernize the Guide's information and user experience. The position offers opportunities to work closely with digital strategy, learn the CMS, execute coding assignments, collaborate on testing, and contribute innovative ideas for process and user experience improvement.

Requirements

• College Degree or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of related experience
• Strong attention to detail with proven analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to identify and resolve conflicts
• Solid verbal and written skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Ability to work with staff at all levels and across divisions

Responsibilities

• Work closely with digital strategy to understand the current and intended future state of the Guide
• Learn the ins and outs of our CMS and how we manage content
• Execute HTML/CSS coding assignments
• Collaborate with the team to test new development releases
• Provide ideas and innovative ways to transform and improve processes and user experience on the Guide
• Support the data and analytics practices for the product
