About The Position

We are seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our Quality Engineering team and drive testing and automation efforts for web applications. This role requires a strong automation professional with expertise in Selenium-based frameworks, Java, and CI/CD practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in an onshore-offshore delivery model to ensure high-quality software releases and continuous improvement of test automation capabilities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Test Automation.
• Strong hands-on experience in Web UI testing and automation using Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, and JUnit.
• Proficiency in Java programming.
• Experience with Git, Jenkins, Maven/Ant, Charles/Fiddler, JIRA, and QMetry.
• Strong understanding of Agile development and testing methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of mobile testing and automation.
• Experience with API testing and automation using Rest Assured, ReadyAPI, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Understand business and technical requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios and test cases.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit, and Java.
• Execute functional, regression, and integration testing across multiple environments (QA, STG, etc.).
• Identify, log, track, and support defect resolution through defect triage activities.
• Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and QA team members to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Maintain test documentation, test execution reports, and automation artifacts.
• Collaborate effectively within a global onshore-offshore delivery model.
