About The Position

This role focuses on designing and architecting scalable web applications, managing enterprise middleware, and building robust CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in backend development, message queues, API gateways, distributed caches, and container orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in application development with deep expertise in full-stack backend languages like Node.js, Java (Spring Boot), Go, or Python (FastAPI).
• Advanced proficiency with message queues and event streaming systems such as Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or AWS EventBridge.
• Hands-on experience configuring API Gateways and proxies like Kong, Apigee, NGINX, or Envoy.
• Expert knowledge of distributed caches and data grids, specifically Redis, Memcached, or Hazelcast.
• Master-level skills in Docker and Kubernetes, specifically optimizing container lifecycle events and service-mesh communications (e.g., Istio, Linkerd).

Responsibilities

• Design modular, scalable web application structures utilizing microservices, event-driven architectures, and domain-driven design principles.
• Architect and manage enterprise middleware, including message brokers, API gateways, enterprise service buses (ESBs), and data distribution fabrics.
• Build local development environments (e.g., containerized dev stacks) and automated testing gates to accelerate daily engineering workflows.
• Establish high-performance API architectures, cross-service communication protocols, and strict versioning standards across all platforms.
• Design distributed caching strategies, session management flows, and database connection pooling to minimize application latency.
• Collaboratively build automated CI/CD pipelines that handle complex code builds, integration testing, and blue-green application deployments.
