Minneapolis College is currently looking for a Web and Digital Engagement Strategist within the Marketing and Communication Division. This position provides expert consultation, planning, execution, and evaluation of Minneapolis College’s digital communications and media strategy to support institutional priorities including enrollment, reputation, and stakeholder engagement. The Communications Specialist develops, implements, and evaluates strategic content and communications across digital platforms (website, social media, email, paid media, etc.) and serves as the college’s lead web strategist and digital communications advisor. The incumbent leads digital storytelling and content planning, manages external vendor relationships, and provides training and guidance to internal partners to ensure brand-aligned, accessible, and high-impact communication. The position ensures all efforts are data-informed and ADA-compliant, aligned with state, system, and campus policies.
