About The Position

GreenSavers is looking for a Weatherization Technician in Training to join their production team. This role involves working alongside experienced technicians to install insulation, perform air sealing, and improve energy efficiency in homes throughout the Portland area. Requirements

• Has a valid driver's license and a good driving record

Nice To Haves

• Construction or manual labor experience
• Insulation or weatherization experience
• Spanish language skills

Responsibilities

• Install attic, floor, and wall insulation
• Perform air sealing and duct sealing
• Safely operate tools and equipment
• Help prepare and clean job sites
• Drive company vehicles as needed
• Deliver excellent customer service while working in customers' homes
• Follow safety procedures and company standards on every job
