About The Position

CIS Secure is seeking experienced Weapons Technical Intelligence (WTI) Analysts to support mission-critical Government programs focused on technical intelligence, exploitation, and analysis of unmanned systems, improvised threats, and emerging technologies. This position supports the collection, analysis, and dissemination of actionable intelligence that enhances operational awareness, enables threat network targeting, and supports force protection efforts. The successful candidates will collaborate with Government personnel, intelligence professionals, engineers, and technical subject matter experts to conduct all-source intelligence analysis, produce technical exploitation reports, and assess adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs). This role combines intelligence analysis with technical exploitation to provide mission partners with timely and actionable intelligence products. This opportunity is ideal for experienced Military Intelligence professionals with expertise in Weapons Technical Intelligence (WTI), Counter-UAS, Counter-IED, or technical exploitation who enjoy solving complex operational and technical challenges in support of national security missions.

Requirements

  • Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance is required at the time of application.
  • Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of relevant experience. Associate degree and three (3) years of relevant experience may be substituted. Six (6) years of specialized experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Military Intelligence background with completion of a formal Military Intelligence training program (35F or equivalent preferred).
  • Experience producing all-source intelligence reports and analytical products.
  • Experience supporting Counter-UAS, Counter-IED, or technical intelligence missions.
  • Experience conducting Weapons Technical Intelligence (WTI) assessments.
  • Experience analyzing battlefield recoveries and Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) technologies.
  • Experience researching classified and unclassified information to support technical exploitation efforts.
  • Experience preparing intelligence assessments and executive briefings.
  • Strong analytical, technical writing, research, and briefing skills.
  • Experience utilizing intelligence databases, analytical tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to independently conduct intelligence analysis while supporting collaborative mission requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 203 analytic standards.
  • Basic understanding of electronics, circuitry, or engineering concepts related to technical exploitation.
  • Experience with SOFEX, Weapons Technical Intelligence Exploitation and Analysis Tool (WEAT), WTI IED Lexicon, or similar Government exploitation databases.
  • Experience supporting CENTCOM or other Combatant Command intelligence operations.
  • Experience translating highly technical engineering findings into operational intelligence products.
  • Experience supporting expeditionary or deployed technical exploitation missions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct all-source intelligence analysis supporting Weapons Technical Intelligence (WTI) missions.
  • Produce technical exploitation reports by integrating intelligence from multiple forensic and intelligence disciplines.
  • Analyze unmanned systems, improvised threats, commercial technologies, and other emerging capabilities to identify adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures.
  • Conduct technical exploitation of battlefield recoveries and commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) technologies.
  • Develop intelligence assessments supporting threat network targeting and operational planning.
  • Research classified and unclassified information to support technical exploitation reporting.
  • Produce executive briefings, intelligence reports, and analytical products for Government stakeholders.
  • Present analytical findings to intelligence and technical communities.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining analytical processes and reporting procedures.
  • Support deployed and expeditionary exploitation efforts, including travel to operational locations when required.
