About The Position

You will be the Weapons Integration Manager - Level 5 for the Weapon Integration team which is responsible for delivering precise engineering support across multiple programs. As the Weapons Integration Manager - Level 5 you will be responsible for leading the Weapon Integration team in Fort Worth, Texas, shaping standards, workforce capability, and performance management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline.
Experience working in an Agile environment
Experience working across functions and Programs
Supervisor or team leadership experience
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance with an investigation within 5 years to start.

Guide the planning and execution of new‑business pursuits, aligning technical resources with emerging opportunities.
