The Sales Associate will assist Wealth Strategist partners in the servicing of prospects and clients of the bank. Responds to client inquiries for account information or initiates transactions requested by clients. Researches and prepares materials for client meetings.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of related client servicing experience.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Responds to personal financial planning client inquiries for account information or initiates transactions requested by the client. Follows up with the client via the telephone or through written correspondence.
  • Researches and prepares materials (i.e. estate agreements, marketing updates) for client meetings and presentations.
  • Sets up files on new account documentation for existing clients or new business prospects.
  • Makes necessary arrangements for client meetings involving travel, audio-visual aides, lunch/dinner reservations, etc.
  • Utilizes the computer to compile reports for client meetings and presentations.
  • Submits account documents to the legal area and external attorneys to obtain missing information, correct documents, clarify information, and resolve problem situations.
  • Performs special projects (i.e. coordinating reports, preparing account analysis and workflow reports) that require responding to specific account inquiries and issues.
  • Communicates with partner areas on all aspects of a client relationship and initiates activity which fulfills a partner's or client's needs.
  • Attends meetings and classes to keep abreast of personal financial planning products and services.
