About The Position

The Wealth Sales Enablement Program Manager is responsible for the development, coordination and execution of various enablement and training programs within the Wealth Segment. As a partner to the business segment and a liaison to the enterprise L&D team, this leader identifies training opportunities, builds solutions, and ensures effective implementation and communication. Also helps to define, manage, and coordinate analysis including metrics around colleague satisfaction and program effectiveness. Actively seeks input and collaboration with Wealth colleagues to create impactful solutions. This position manages colleague onboarding and role-readiness training, provides an innovative approach to programs, events, recognition, career pathing and segment training design and facilitation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of Wealth Management experience- including High Net Worth / Private Bank

  • Leadership and training technology tools experience
  • Ability to convey complex information verbally and in writing with a clear and concise manner
  • Experience working across teams to achieve goals
  • Experience participating in group sessions to gather and communicate information
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong MS PowerPoint presentation skills
  • Project Management and/or Change Management experience

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate regularly with Wealth leaders to identify employee development needs, skill gaps and training opportunities within each job family.
  • Manage onboarding training within Wealth.
  • Manage and distribute training reporting and analysis
  • Design, coordinate and manage the onboarding processes ensuring a consistent and thorough onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of and remain current and up to date on changes to Wealth Management products, services and systems.
  • Assist in the facilitation and execution of in-person and/or virtual Instructor Led training, executing with a professional level of communication.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
