Wealth Planning Associate

RBCMinneapolis, MN
$55,000 - $95,000Onsite

About The Position

As a Wealth Planning Associate supporting RBC Advantage, you will join a developmental wealth planning role designed to build your technical planning knowledge, client-service skills, and confidence in supporting Financial Advisors and clients. This role is ideal for someone early in their financial planning or wealth management career who is eager to learn, detail-oriented, highly organized, and interested in building a long-term career in financial advice. You will receive hands-on training in RBC’s goals-based wealth planning methodology, planning tools, client-service standards, and advisor support model. Working under the guidance of experienced wealth planning professionals, Financial Advisors, and leaders within the RBC Advantage team, you will support the development and delivery of financial plans for clients and prospects. You will help gather information, organize planning data, prepare client materials, assist with MoneyGuidePro inputs, and support Financial Advisors through the planning process. This is a client-facing support role with strong developmental emphasis. While you will gain meaningful exposure to client conversations and comprehensive planning work, this is not a traditional sales role and does not carry a direct business development expectation.
