This role is responsible for executing transactions accurately, on time, and in line with established guidelines and procedures, while adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The officer will identify opportunities to improve service delivery, support process improvement initiatives, and develop/maintain working relationships with customers, partners, and vendors. The position requires understanding internal and industry regulations, adhering to operating policies, and exercising discretion in managing confidential information. The role involves completing assigned workloads, supporting timely and accurate completion of business processes, and actively reviewing internal processes for improvement. The officer will also investigate and escalate non-standard or high-risk activities and comply with the Bank Code of Conduct. Team participation includes supporting a positive work environment, timely communication of issues, contributing to operations knowledge, and participating in personal development activities.
