This role is responsible for executing transactions accurately, on time, and in line with established guidelines and procedures, while adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The Wealth Operations Officer III will identify opportunities to improve service delivery, support process improvement initiatives, and develop and maintain working relationships with customers, partners, and vendors. The role also involves understanding and adhering to internal and industry regulations, completing assigned workloads to meet SLA requirements, and actively reviewing internal processes for improvement. Additionally, the officer will investigate and escalate non-standard or high-risk activities, and comply with enterprise frameworks and methodologies related to operations, including Anti-Money Laundering and Business Continuity Management.
