About The Position
Our Wealth Management Securities Services group specialize in providing comprehensive asset servicing for trust accounts, including asset setup, maintenance, pricing, trade execution, settlements, and more. Our expertise extends to fund accounting services, performance reporting, and shadow accounting for our Advisor Trust Services line of business. We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as an Operations Manager on the Mutual Fund Processing team! Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Accounting, or Finance
- 10-12 years of directly related experience in Wealth Management Operations, Securities and/or cash processing, and/or Risk management
- At least 2 years of experience in a management capacity or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide staff with clear, concise guidance, set performance expectations, and deliver ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure adherence to internal standards and quality expectations.
- Manage daily department operations, ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with business objectives.
- Address complex operational issues that require independent judgment and decision-making beyond staff experience and authority.
- Review internal policies, procedures, and programs to identify opportunities for increased efficiency, effectiveness, and risk mitigation.
- Recommend and execute process improvements, program enhancements, and operational changes that support departmental and organizational goals.
- Minimize operational losses and market exposure through the establishment and monitoring of effective internal controls.
- Maintain consistent work procedures and operational practices that align with departmental priorities and broader divisional objectives.
- Resolve technical issues related to departmental processes, systems, and equipment to support uninterrupted operations.
- Partner with internal business units and external vendors to address operational needs, improve service delivery, and support strategic initiatives.
- Continuously assess and enhance department processes and procedures to meet customer needs and deliver a high-quality service experience.
