About The Position

The VEA Program is designed to give candidates firsthand experience working with top Financial Advisors (FAs) at a leading global financial institution. The program includes various roles supporting FAs in business development, such as Client Engagement Associate, Financial Planning Associate, Workplace Engagement Associate, and Wealth Solutions Associate. Upon hire, placement in one of these roles depends on experience, education, credentials, and business needs. The program aims to provide a strong foundation in systems, tools, business areas, and skills. It is structured as a two-year and three-month commitment, including licensing and training, to build expertise in Wealth Management and client engagement. This duration allows for earning licenses, role-specific training, pursuing additional professional designations, networking, and gaining experience with different FAs to understand practice management. The insights gained are intended to propel successful associates into fruitful careers at Morgan Stanley, with opportunities for growth within the VEA organization. The program operates in-person across six office locations: Alpharetta, GA; Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX; New York Metro; and Tempe, AZ. This is not a remote position.
