About The Position

The Relationship Manager (RM) serves as a strategic partner and primary point of contact for a select group of high-value financial advisors. This role delivers proactive, high-touch support, owns complex service and operational inquiries end-to-end, and ensures a seamless advisor experience. You will Build and maintain strong advisor relationships through proactive outreach Own escalations from initiation to resolution Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, Compliance, Technology, etc.) Provide expertise on broker-dealer and advisory operations Identify trends and suggest process improvements Deliver clear, structured communication and follow-through.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of client service or relationship management experience
  • NetX 360 or similar platform experience
  • Financial services or broker-dealer experience
  • Strong ownership and accountability
  • Ability to manage complex issues and ambiguity
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, without the need for employer sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Securities licenses (SIE, Series 6, 7, 63)
  • Broker-dealer operations knowledge (TOAs, accounts, cashiering)
