About The Position

Security National Bank is seeking a Wealth Management Receptionist to provide essential support in a dynamic Wealth Management team and help deliver exceptional service to clients. This role serves as the first point of contact in the department, requiring a high level of professionalism and integrity. The receptionist will be the hub of the Wealth Management department, providing administrative support that drives functional excellence. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys interacting with clients.

Requirements

  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, customer service, and problem resolution skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to identify missing items, advanced organizational skills, strong oral and written communication skills, and demonstrated teamwork.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years professional office experience
  • Multiline phone system experience preferred
  • Accuracy and meticulous attention to detail required
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and programs with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously, meet deadlines, and show flexibility to change direction when needed
  • Team-oriented and the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization
  • Service-oriented, polite, and respectful
  • Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to take direction and instruction and follow through independently until project completion

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front desk receptionist by greeting and assisting clients and managing incoming departmental phone calls.
  • Assist clients with general questions and direct inquiries to the appropriate Wealth Management team member.
  • Manage mail services for the department.
  • Analyze incoming correspondence, determine its significance, and distribute it to the appropriate team members.
  • Prepare communications and provide clerical support to the Wealth Management Division as needed.
  • Maintain organized records and assist with day-to-day administrative operations.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Provide additional support to the Wealth Management team as needed.
