About The Position

The Wealth Management Post Underwriter is responsible for the accurate preparation, review, and processing of Wealth Management loan documentation in accordance with the Bank’s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. This position ensures the integrity and compliance of all WM loan files by verifying supporting documentation including collateral, trusts, vesting, and ownership along with researching and resolving discrepancies and coordinating with internal stakeholders. The role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a commitment to maintaining the Bank’s risk management standards.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in business, finance, or related field, equivalent professional experience considered
  • Two to three or more years of experience in loan documentation, loan operations or related banking functions

Responsibilities

  • Accurate preparation, review, and processing of Wealth Management loan documentation in accordance with the Bank’s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensuring the integrity and compliance of all WM loan files by verifying supporting documentation including collateral, trusts, vesting, and ownership.
  • Researching and resolving discrepancies.
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders.
