At C&N, we’re seeking a Wealth Management Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Wealth Management division while supporting the delivery of exceptional service to clients and internal partners. In this role, you’ll lead and develop a team, drive operational efficiencies, support key initiatives, and collaborate across departments to ensure Wealth Management operations run smoothly and effectively. Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Wealth Management Operations team by setting goals, providing feedback, supporting professional development, and ensuring consistent operational excellence.
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and enhancing policies, procedures, systems, and workflows that improve efficiency, strengthen controls, and support business growth.
  • Partner with Wealth Management Administration, Investment Management, Tax, Retirement Services, vendors, and other internal teams to resolve operational issues and support exceptional client service.
  • Support operational systems, technology initiatives, and vendor relationships while assisting with major projects and continuous process improvements.
  • Coordinate operational training, develop standard procedures, and ensure team members have the knowledge and resources needed to succeed.
  • Assist with departmental reporting, operational oversight, regulatory support, and transaction reviews while maintaining compliance with internal policies and industry requirements.
