The Wealth Management intern role provides the opportunity to excel and to set in motion a Career Path. This rotational internship is full of opportunities to participate collaboratively in various projects and additional assignments that directly contribute to the success of the unit you assist. In addition, the intern will have opportunities to interact with and be mentored by executives and senior leadership. Upon completion of the intern program there is potential to obtain a full-time offer of employment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years college education in Business, Finance, or job-related degree.
  • Seeking 2026 or 2027 Graduates.
  • Must be a team player and maintain a professional image.
  • Must be able to prioritize work and effectively manage time, handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Displays a high level of professionalism with excellent interpersonal relations skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail oriented and self-motivated.
  • Comfortable interacting with senior management and / or non-technical members of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Complete all required course work within the allotted timeframe.
  • Perform required tasks as assigned by collaborative coaches, senior management, and the intern program director.
  • Work with teammates and their manager on projects important to the bank's goals.
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and presentations.
  • Complete a 12-week curriculum, marked with specific milestones.
  • Gain hands-on experience in investment strategies, client relationship management, and back end operational procedures.
  • Support various initiatives to help clients achieve their financial goals and needs.
  • Participate in weekly market update meetings to stay up to date on the financial markets.
  • Support Client Associates in updating of KYC and Investment Profile as well as renewal of W8s and IDs.
  • Perform form filing support and general office administrative support: copying, scanning, faxing, and archiving.
  • Monitor client email inboxes to ensure processing of all pertinent client requests and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Perform account maintenances to investment accounts.
  • Support reviewing and approving requests initiated by other team members.
  • Act as primary liaison with Trading and Sales Middle Office.
  • Participate in special projects: massive mailing, database maintenance, etc.
  • Remain current on market news and events by dedicating work and personal time reading and browsing financial news and media.
  • Provide superior customer service to broker dealer/registered investment advisor.
  • Ensure strict confidentiality of client, firm, and employee information.
