About The Position

Our Wealth Management team plays a key role in supporting members’ financial futures, and we are looking for a Wealth Management Coordinator to help deliver exceptional service and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. As a Wealth Management Coordinator, you will coordinate and manage front desk operations, support Financial Advisors, and provide administrative and member service support. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-focused environment and enjoys organizing, problem-solving, and supporting both members and internal teams.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across teams
• Commitment to delivering a high level of member service
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize work, solve problems independently, and manage time effectively
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
• One to three years of administrative or office experience preferred
• Experience in financial services or investment environment preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be able to demonstrate that they have the legal right to work in the US
• Must pass a background screening to the satisfaction of Oregon State Credit Union
