About The Position

Wealth Client Relationship Managers at TIAA partner with Wealth Management Advisors on deepening client relationships and helping them grow their practice through referrals to deliver financial solutions. This role requires curiosity, the ability to uncover client needs, and a collaborative spirit. The Wealth Client Relationship Manager partners with Wealth Management Advisors in delivering client service and supporting high-net worth clients. Working under moderate supervision, this job operationally leads Wealth Management advisory teams to help high-net worth clients achieve their financial goals. This includes managing the responsibilities for a book of assigned clients, supporting the implementation of financial plan recommendations and the coordination of asset consolidation. The role requires clear and succinct communication, strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, and efficient time and resource management to deliver value and excellence to clients. Building meaningful and long-lasting relationships while supporting advisors in implementing TIAA advice and planning solutions is key.

Requirements

  • University (Degree) Preferred
  • 2+ Years of financial services experience Required
  • FINRA Registrations: Series 7; Series 63; Series 65; Series 66
  • Life and Health Insurance License (Resident State) - Multiple Issuers required within 120 Days
  • Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) passed within 120 days of start date
