About The Position

Wealth Client Relationship Managers at TIAA partner with Wealth Management Advisors to deepen client relationships and grow their practice through referrals, ultimately delivering financial solutions that fulfill clients' aspirations. The Wealth Client Relationship Manager supports high-net-worth clients by managing a book of assigned clients, assisting with the implementation of financial plans, and coordinating asset consolidation. Effective communication, efficient time and resource management, and the ability to build lasting relationships are crucial. All required licenses and registrations must be obtained within 120 days of the start date.

Requirements

  • 2+ Years Required Work Experience
  • University (Degree) Preferred
  • FINRA Registrations: Series 7; Series 63; Series 65; Series 66
  • Life and Health Insurance License (Resident State) - Multiple Issuers required within 120 Days

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Wealth Management Advisors in delivering client service and supporting high-net-worth clients.
  • Operationally lead Wealth Management advisory teams to help high-net-worth clients achieve their financial goals.
  • Manage the responsibilities for a book of assigned clients.
  • Support the implementation of financial plan recommendations.
  • Coordinate asset consolidation.
  • Communicate clearly and succinctly, utilizing interpersonal communication and relationship building skills.
  • Manage time and resources efficiently and effectively to bring compounding value and excellence to our clients.
  • Build meaningful and long-lasting relationships, while supporting advisors to implement TIAA advice and planning solutions.
