About The Position

As a Wealth Management Associate Advisor, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, educating retirement plan participants on their investment options, and delivering comprehensive financial strategies tailored to each client’s needs. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a passion for client relationships, financial education, and business growth.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience
  • FINRA Series 65 licenses preferred or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire.
  • Proven experience in wealth management, financial advising, or investment sales.
  • Strong business development skills with a track record of acquiring and growing client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly in educating retirement plan participants.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for professional growth and business expansion.
  • High school or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and cultivate new client relationships through networking, referrals, and strategic prospecting.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies to expand the firm’s client base and assets under management (AUM).
  • Maintain a strong presence in the community to enhance brand recognition and attract potential clients.
  • Conduct educational seminars and one-on-one consultations to help retirement plan participants understand their options.
  • Guide clients on retirement planning, investment strategies, and financial wellness.
  • Collaborate with plan sponsors and HR teams to enhance employee engagement with retirement plans.
  • Assess clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment objectives to create tailored wealth management strategies.
  • Provide expert advice on retirement planning, estate planning, tax-efficient investing, and risk management.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, investment products, and regulatory changes.
  • Build long-term client relationships by providing consistent, high-touch service and ongoing portfolio reviews.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by delivering personalized, proactive financial guidance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience and service excellence.
