About The Position

Soltis Investment Advisors is a nationwide, fee-only registered investment advisory firm managing approximately $14 billion in client assets. Since 1993, we have helped individuals and institutions create, build, and manage wealth so they can focus on life’s most important pursuits. We are seeking an energetic, driven Wealth Management Advisor to establish and grow the Soltis presence in one of our expansion markets in New York, NY. As a Wealth Management Advisor, you will execute on four proven growth strategies in your market, each supplied and funded by the firm and supported by its own training program. You will convert firm-supplied opportunities into funded, lasting client relationships, complete Fidelity Wealth Advisor Solutions certification and serve as the Soltis representative to the Fidelity branches your office covers. You will host a minimum of six client and prospect events each year, with the campaign, content, venue support and follow-up systems supplied by the firm. You will maintain strong client retention by delivering responsive service, cultivating trusted relationships, and conducting regular portfolio reviews. You will guide clients through complex financial planning needs and collaborate with the wealth management team to develop customized investment portfolios that may include stocks, bonds, ETFs, structured notes, and alternative investments. You will develop centers of influence locally, including accountants, attorneys, and other professional referral sources. You will lead your local team of an Analyst and a Client Relationship Manager, and mentor your Analyst toward a client-facing role of their own.
