About The Position

This is a business-building opportunity, not a desk job. You’ll work with clients to protect what they’ve built and help them grow long-term wealth, using relationships you’ve already spent years earning. We run a non-captive model backed by MassMutual, which means you keep your independence while gaining access to world-class resources. We provide a structured onboarding experience, mentorship, and training to help you successfully transition into financial services. We offer a 2-year training stipend + commission model to support your transition into the role while you build your book of business, allowing your success and effort to directly drive your income. Unlike many firms, our advisors build and retain ownership of their client relationships from the start, empowering you to grow your own book of business and establish long-term equity in your work. Requirements

  • Willingness to obtain State Life & Health, FINRA SIE, Series 7, Series 66 licenses (sponsorship provided)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related Field preferred
  • Strong communicator, comfortable building relationships and clearly expressing ideas with clients and team members
  • Strong personal or professional network
  • Motivated, collaborative, and coachable, with an entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine interest in helping others reach their goals
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
