This role involves administering assigned trust accounts, including personal trusts and estates, custodial and managing agency accounts, escrow accounts, IRAs, custodial depositories, and retirement plans. The advisor will identify opportunities to grow existing relationships and develop new business by cross-selling other bank services. A key aspect of the role is ensuring compliance with IRS Code, applicable state Trust Code, and audit requirements by adhering to all policies and procedures. The advisor will collect and analyze customer information to recommend appropriate financial products and advise on their advantages and disadvantages. Responsibilities also include responding to trust-related and banking issues, coordinating workflow, establishing project schedules, reviewing client accounts, and managing special projects. Additionally, the role supports internal education programs on trust products and services, participates in risk management, and maintains awareness of compliance requirements. A high level of customer service is expected, adhering to Serving More standards. Other duties may be assigned.
