Requirements

1–5+ years of experience in operations, client service, financial services, or a highly detail-driven environment
Strong attention to detail and follow-through (this will be assessed during the interview process)
Comfort working in a structured, execution-heavy role long-term
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Positive, professional demeanor with strong client-facing instincts

Responsibilities

Serve as a key operational partner supporting advisors and high-net-worth clients
Process and complete client service requests with precision and urgency
Manage client onboarding, account openings, and asset transfers end-to-end
Prepare customized client reports and maintain accurate records
Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email
Monitor workflows, documentation, and follow-ups to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Support advisors by anticipating needs and proactively solving issues
