We are looking for a detail-oriented team player to come on board as a Wealth Associate or Senior Wealth Associate in Regina. In this role, you will be providing administrative and office support for Advisor(s) practices to enable them to achieve sales and service goals. Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in finance, business, commerce or a related field.
  • Experience in the insurance or wealth industry
  • CIRO license is required for the Senior position
  • CRM experience is an asset
  • Demonstrated partnership and business building activities
  • Demonstrated proactive approach to business

Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative and office support for Advisor(s) practices to enable them to achieve sales and service goals.
  • Providing administrative support including the management of client files and accounts, meeting preparation, report generation and research assistance.
  • Partnering with the Advisors to understand the business goals and support the execution of their business plan.
  • Developing rapport with clients as well as building trust with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintaining compliant client information and becoming an expert at navigating our CRM and Analytic systems, taking pride in ensuring all interactions meet legislative, regulatory and compliance requirements.
