About The Position

The Wealth Analyst Program is designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience for individuals beginning a career in financial services. The program includes core systems training, product knowledge, and preparation for securities registrations and insurance licensing requirements. Analysts will obtain the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) prior to the program start, and must acquire additional licenses within 130 days to continue. The 12-to-18-month program features multiple rotations and shadowing experiences with client-facing teams, including Financial Advisors, Investment Analysts, and Private Banking Advisors. These rotations will provide insights into client relationship management, investment analysis, industry research, and banking services. Throughout the program, analysts will develop leadership and collaborative skills, gain industry and technical knowledge, and receive exposure to senior leaders and mentorship. Upon successful completion, analysts may be placed in various Wealth roles based on business needs, performance, and preference.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program (business or finance preferred) at an accredited college or university.
  • Graduation date between December 2026 and May/June 2027.
  • Overall GPA of 3.0 or above.
  • Superior written and oral communication abilities.
  • Independent, entrepreneurial mindset, goal-oriented.
  • Ability to manage and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate well with teams.
  • Flexibility to potentially relocate.
  • English language fluency (Required).

Responsibilities

  • Obtain Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) prior to program start.
  • Obtain additional securities registrations and insurance licenses within 130 days of the start date.
  • Participate in multiple rotations within Wealth, including Financial Advisor, Investment Analyst, and Private Banking Advisor roles.
  • Receive core training on relationship management, product knowledge, and systems.
  • Shadow client-facing relationship management teams.
  • Learn how Financial Advisors interact with clients and build their book of business.
  • Gain understanding of how to create client presentations, conduct industry research, and make investment mix changes.
  • Observe Private Banking Advisors to understand client meeting preparation, collaboration with internal partners, and deepening deposit and lending relationships.
  • Expand leadership and collaborative team skills.
  • Gain industry and technical knowledge.
  • Network with senior leaders within Wealth.
  • Participate in a support network of mentors and peers.
