About The Position

The Wealth Advisor (Vice President) operates as part of a four‑person client team intentionally designed to deliver coordinated, deeply personalized service and continuity to UHNW families. Serving as the primary day‑to‑day contact for client households, Wealth Advisors ensure clients feel supported and cared for across all aspects of their relationship with the firm. This role manages communication with clients and their other advisors (tax, estate, etc.), coordinates deliverables, and ensures client requests and needs are addressed promptly. There is no business development requirement for this role. Incoming Wealth Advisors are not expected to bring a book of business; they will inherit existing UHNW client relationships.

Requirements

  • Minimum Education Required Bachelor's degree; Economics, Finance, or related field preferred
  • Licenses/Certifications Required CFP preferred
  • Minimum Specific Experience Required 10+ years of experience as an advisor to UHNW families including holistic wealth planning & coordination across financial planning, investment strategy, risk management, estate and tax planning, and facilitating family meetings and communication
  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age and possess unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
  • Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the USA. No visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary advisory point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communication and requests and proactively checking in on life changes.
  • Oversee and ensure the implementation of all wealth planning, reporting, and client deliverables, in alignment with the family's goals.
  • Own the client meeting process, including preparation, leadership (coordinating with the Principal Advisor), and follow-up, ensuring seamless coordination across the team.
  • Mentor and develop junior talent, building depth in client teams.
  • Ensure accurate client recordkeeping and document management in internal systems.
  • Support client family engagement by facilitating access to resources, education, and communication.
  • The Wealth Advisor (Vice President) also works as an integral member of a four‑person client team, ensuring coordinated and proactive service delivery.
  • Other duties as assigned.
