The Office of Faculty & Administrative Support Services (FASS) is seeking to hire student assistants to support our admin support staff and the Information Desk.

Requirements

• The student should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must have great communication skills.
• Must have a confirmed FWS award if applying Fall/Spring semester.
• This position is available only to enrolled American University students.

Responsibilities

• Answer and transfer call to the appropriate office.
• Greet and assist with visitor check-ins.
• Distribute event/class information.
• Assist with loading dock calls.
• Assist with the Apparel store.
• Posting.
• Typing.
• Scanning.
• Filing.
• Data entry.
• Copying.
