About The Position

Goodwill Southern California is hiring a Full-Time Multi-Site Job Coach to provide training and support to individuals with developmental disabilities across several workplace locations. This position plays a key role in building inclusive environments and ensuring participants thrive in competitive, integrated employment settings.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of job coaching or related experience.
• Valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and strong communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) and nonprofit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train and support participants across multiple sites.
• Serve as the main contact for employers and program staff.
• Evaluate participant progress and submit timely documentation.
• Identify barriers to success and recommend accommodations.
• Travel to various worksites to provide individualized coaching.
