WBG Pioneers, the World Bank Group’s Internship Program, offers undergraduate and postgraduate students a high impact learning experience at the heart of global development. Participants gain hands on experience in a diverse and dynamic environment, contribute fresh perspectives and innovative ideas, and connect with international professionals working to end poverty on a livable planet. This track is specifically designed for neurodivergent candidates. Interns are placed across a wide range of WBG departments and units, from economics and finance to technology, communications, operations, and beyond. The program is open to candidates from any academic or professional background whose discipline aligns with the hosting team's work. The Inclusive Internship Program aims to create mutual value by offering meaningful career opportunities for neurodivergent candidates, while also generating insights, building inclusive capabilities, and strengthening team practices across WBG units. Program Objectives: •Create an inclusive and accessible workplace that embraces the full contribution of all individuals. •Build the organizational knowledge, skills, and practices needed to attract, support, and retain diverse talent across all levels of the institution.
