Waxing Specialist - Esthetician / Cosmetologist
About The Position
Same fun and exciting salon, new RADIANT® name and brand! This role involves performing all Radiant Waxing services for guests in a supportive, high-energy environment. The ideal candidate is motivated to grow, improve, and take feedback, contributing to a positive, drama-free culture. This position is for individuals who want to build their book, rebook guests, and increase their income, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable demeanor towards guests and staff. A professional appearance and willingness to work flexible days and hours are essential. The role also involves growing the guest base through self-marketing and participation in salon marketing initiatives. The salon is also interested in connecting with students attending aesthetics or cosmetology school, as well as barbers, medical estheticians, master estheticians, skin care specialists, hair stylists, and anyone in the spa, salon, or beauty industry.
Requirements
- Must have a current licensed esthetician / cosmetology license or in the process of obtaining an aesthetician or cosmetology license.

Responsibilities
- Perform all Radiant Waxing services for all guests
- Grow guest base with self-marketing and participation in salon marketing initiatives
- Build guest book, rebook guests, and increase income
