Waxing Specialist - Esthetician / Cosmetologist
About The Position
Join the Bay's highest rated waxing salon. Radiant Waxing is interviewing estheticians and cosmetologists (licensed, awaiting license or still in school) to join the team as a wax specialist. Radiant Waxing is a waxing salon / spa that has a strong culture based on values of creating both inner and outer beauty, collaboration, and purpose. Our training and coaching will help you deliver a 5-star guest experience for every guest, every service. Helping you to achieve personal and financial growth and success, while maintaining a kind and collaborative team dynamic is our top priority.
Requirements
- Must be in the process of obtaining an esthetician or cosmetology license OR have a current license for esthetics / cosmetology in the State of California
- Current student studying to work in the salon and spa industry looking to achieve an esthetics or cosmetology certificate / degree
- An innate ability to make people feel comfortable, important, and welcome.
- Work well in a team environment, receptionist and cleaning duties.
- Perform all Radiant Waxing services for all guests (optional Manzilian Certification)
- Be positive, friendly, upbeat and personable to guests and staff.
- Maintain a professional appearance during working hours.
- Enjoy a fast-paced environment and fixed schedule.
- Grow guest base with self-marketing and participation in salon marketing initiatives.
- Valid Esthetics or Cosmetology License in CA
