About The Position

Same fun and exciting salon (formerly Lunchbox Wax), new RADIANT® name and brand! This role involves performing all Radiant Waxing services for all guests, maintaining a professional appearance, and working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will be positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable, with an innate ability to make people feel comfortable, important, and welcome. This position also involves growing the guest base through self-marketing and participation in salon marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Must have a current licensed esthetician / cosmetology license.
• An innate ability to make people feel comfortable, important, and welcome
• Willing to work flexible days and hours

Responsibilities

• Perform all Radiant Waxing services for all guests
• Be positive, friendly, upbeat and personable to guests and staff
• Maintain a professional appearance during working hours
• Work in a fast-paced, team oriented environment
• Grow guest base with self-marketing and participation in salon marketing initiative
• Must be able to multi-task efficiently
